TRANSFER NEWS: Arsenal's World Cup winner, Muller's Man Utd move, Chelsea's £26m blow

Arsenal have reportedly been given the green light to sign World Cup winner Benedikt Howedes.
The Metro claims that Arsene Wenger is preparing a £12.6million bid for the Schalke star.
It is added that Manchester United and Tottenham are also interested in securing Howedes' signature.
Thomas Muller has ruled out a move toManchester United.
The Bayern Munich star admits he enjoys a close relationship with Louis van Gaal, but insists that he will not leave the German outfitfor Old Trafford.
Muller said: "Louis van Gaal and I have a relationship that goes beyond that what is normal between a player and a coach. However, I have a contract wtih Bayern until 2017."

Chelsea are set to miss out on Palermo striker Paulo Dybala, according to reports.
Talksport claims that Juventus are close to wrapping up a £26m deal for the Argentine.
It is added that Arsenal were also looking to sign Dybala this summer.
