Tottenham fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are jumping back on the bandwagon after the Daily Mirror revealed that Mauricio Pochettino is renewing his interest in Everton’s wantaway forward Kevin Mirallas.
It is believed the bid will be around £7m and the Toffees may feel pressured into accepting this bid as the Belgian striker is running into the final year of his contract.
Roberto Martinez may feel more comfortable letting the 27-year-old leave as he is hopeful of signing Aaron Lennon permanently after his successful short loan spell after last season.
Lennon, 28, is keen on returning to Merseyside after he was given plenty of game time by Martinez as he looks to revive his career.
It is possible Spurs and Everton could come to an agreement this summer which involves a deal between the two attackers as all parties are interested in making a deal happen.
